Where orders ship from
Most orders ship from our fulfilment warehouse in China. That is part of how Hidden Stitch Supply works: I can source closer to the makers and specialist suppliers I am interested in, sample products before listing them, and keep the range small without padding prices to hold local stock before a piece has proved itself.
I still handle the customer side of the order. If something goes wrong, contact me at mark@hiddenstitchsupply.com and I will work out the most sensible fix.
Some products may ship from Australian local stock in the future. If that applies, the product page or checkout will make it clear. Unless a product says otherwise, expect it to ship from China.
Shipping rates
- Australia: Standard shipping, AUD 9.90, free over AUD 150.
- New Zealand: Standard shipping, NZD 19.90, free from NZD 200.
- United States: Standard shipping, USD 9.90, free from USD 150.
- Canada: Standard shipping, CAD 14.90, free from CAD 170.
- United Kingdom: Standard shipping, GBP 6.90, free from GBP 90.
- European Union: Standard shipping, EUR 9.90, free from EUR 120. Available for Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden.
- Asia: Standard shipping, USD 6.90, free from USD 100. Available for Malaysia and Singapore.
Products generally arrive within 5–15 business days. More precise shipping estimates will be shown at checkout.
Duties and import taxes
All orders include duties and taxes in the price you pay at checkout. You should not be asked to pay extra duties, tariffs or import taxes when your order arrives.
If a carrier or customs office asks you for an extra payment, contact me before paying it so I can check what has happened.
Returns and order issues
If something is wrong with your order, contact me before sending anything back. Depending on the issue, the right solution may be a return, repair, replacement, refund or store credit.
